Everything a door turns on

Sand-cast in Paarl, filed on the bench, and sold by the pair.

Levers, latches, hinges, hooks

That is the whole list. Brass is melted and poured in a shed behind the house in Paarl; the iron is cast to my patterns by a foundry in Bellville and comes back rough for me to file, drill and wax here. Nothing is plated and nothing is lacquered, because a coat of clear stops the metal ever going the colour it should.

Bring the old lock in and I will match it

Half of what I make started as somebody's broken handle on this bench. Post the old one to me or bring it through, and I will cast a pair to the same pattern and fixing centres.
