Bree Street rank in the mornings, Bellville station lot from four. Card or cash at the hatch.

Tuesday to Friday we stand at the Bree Street taxi rank from half past six in the morning until the bread runs out, which is usually somewhere near eleven. Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings we are in the Bellville station lot from four until eight, and closer to nine if the queue is still standing there. The hatch opens when the griddle is hot and not a minute before — we light it at six and it takes twenty minutes to come right. Everything is pressed to order on two irons, so on a busy morning you will wait eight or ten minutes for a jaffle and there is no way around that. People have got used to it, and the queue is half the reason anybody at the rank talks to anybody else. Mondays we are at the bakery and the butcher and nowhere you can find us. If we are not where you expected, send a message below and whoever is not on the iron will answer it.
Private functions, markets and office parks. We need a spot to stand, a plug helps but is not essential, and about a week of notice. Tell us the date, the place and roughly how many people.
