My name is Nadia Abrahams and the print room is one long table on Sir Lowry Road, two doors up from the tyre place. I pull the squeegee, my brother Faried tapes the screens, and nothing on this page has been near a machine. Drawing a new repeat takes about three weeks and another one to get the register sitting straight, so a custom pattern for a single wall starts at R9 800 before one roll is printed. That is why there are four repeats here and not forty. Everything goes on the table the week you order it and leaves on a Thursday.
