The bench at the back

Everything sold here goes across one bench at the back of the shop. A phone comes in, gets stripped, cleaned, tested and graded, and the battery or the screen is replaced if either is anywhere near the end of it — then it goes on the shelf with ninety days of warranty against anything we should have caught. The counter at the front is a separate job. Screens, charging ports and batteries while you wait, most of them done inside forty minutes, and we quote you before we open the phone. If we cannot fix it we say so and you pay nothing.
