One beer at a time, and five weeks in the cold
A small brewery on the Darling road, west of the wheat. Six on all year, and one more when the nights get cold enough.

The water comes off the Darling line and is stripped back to nothing before we build it up again for each beer.
The malt is barley grown here in the Swartland, delivered whole and milled on the morning it is used.
Every batch then sits five weeks at two degrees before it goes anywhere near a can.
That is the whole method, and it is the reason there are only six beers on this page.
The tap room is open Friday and Saturday
14 Long Street, Darling. Six taps, one guest beer, and whatever came off the tank that week. Friday two until late, Saturday eleven until six.
