Four courts, no wind
A covered padel club off Racecourse Road in Milnerton. Glass courts on a sprung base, floodlights until ten at night, and a racket waiting at the desk if you arrived with nothing.
Book a courtSix in the morning to ten at night
Seven days. The first slot starts at ten past six and the last one at half past eight, and the lights stay on until the point is finished.
Four box league divisions
Wednesday nights, promotion and relegation every six weeks. Enter as a pair, or put one name down and we will find you a partner off the board.
Come alone, still play
At every social we put the names up, make the fours, and rotate after seven games. Nobody sits out two rounds in a row.
The sheet opens fourteen days out
Members book two weeks ahead, everybody else seven days. Cancel before noon the day before and there is nothing to pay.
Rackets and balls at the desk
R40 for a racket for the session, R190 for a fresh tin of three. Your first time out the racket costs you nothing.
Under a roof, out of the wind
All four courts are indoors on a sprung base. The south-easter does not reach them, and neither does a wet July.
Baan is four courts and one kettle
We opened in an old panelbeater's shed off Racecourse Road in 2022 with two courts, one coach and forty-one members. There are four courts and about six hundred of you now, and it is still the same kettle.
