Grievance on the Monday, award or nothing at all

You phone us the day it happens. We take the statement, draft the charge sheet and set the hearing for no sooner than 48 hours later, because a rushed notice period is the single most common reason a good dismissal falls over. One of us chairs it, or sits behind the chairperson you have appointed. If the dismissal stands and the employee refers, we file the response, run the conciliation and, if the matter is still alive after that, the arbitration a few weeks later. Most of them end at conciliation. The ones that do not, we finish.
