Closing your account
You can close your account under Settings → Close. We will ask you to type your store name to confirm, and to tell us why you are leaving.
When you close:
- Your storefront goes offline immediately, and its products, images and pages are deleted.
- Any money still due to you is settled to your bank account.
- Your access ends — you will not be able to sign in again.
This cannot be undone. If the problem is cost, move to the Zero plan instead — R0 a month, and your store stays open.
