How long verification takes

When you submit, you get a reference number by email. A real person at Frontstore then checks each document against the details you gave us.

You will receive an email either way — an approval telling you that you can start selling, or a message explaining exactly what needs fixing.

You will be told what is wrong. Log in, update the document or detail, and resubmit — it comes straight back to us. You do not start over.
