Images and media
Your Media library holds your images, video, audio and documents.
- Images — PNG, JPG, WebP or GIF, up to 25 MB each.
- Documents — PDF, Office files, CSV, ZIP and more, up to 25 MB each.
iPhone photos
iPhones save photos in a format called HEIC, which web browsers cannot display. If an upload is refused for this reason, either change Settings → Camera → Formats → Most Compatible on your iPhone, or send the photo to yourself first — that converts it to a JPG.
If an upload fails, Frontstore now tells you exactly why, by file name. If a file simply disappears with no message, report it to us.
